Designed & shaped by Tom Bennett. The Chops came about when designing young Byron Bay shredder Mahli Abbott a new all round square tail log. The aim was to design something that would work well in all conditions including point breaks + beach breaks. It features some old school elements including a subtle roll bottom through the rear that enters into some subtle nose concave up the front. The bottom rolls nicely into a semi pinched 50/50 rail. Outline wise, it features a wider rear leading to a chop square tail , allowing for some good stable nose riding ability & easy direction changes. 

A nice traditional log with a few spicy modern touches that will achieve a lot regardless of what surf conditions you enter into. Size wise, TB can make these at any length really, yet typically ordered around the low to mid 9 foot mark.
